In this class, we investigate how each individual body part and each independent joint motion contributes to a greater harmonious movement experience. By dissecting simpler (yet still challenging!) moves, we discover the artistry in every angle that leads to an expansive whole!

Sunday, June 16th, 12pm - 1:30pm ET
Spark:

Engage the body and engage the mind. Today we’re going to dig deep to find that inner spark that exists within each of us. As we engage the neurons so that they fire on all cylinders, we build our capacity to reach our fullest potential.
