Learn the foundations of how to build your handstand by breaking it down, become best friends with "Paul the Wall" and have fun exploring beginner-friendly options to learn how to bail like a pro!

Interest in handstands, a 30-second straight-arm plank, 5 push ups (on knees is fine.)

What you'll need: 
Wall space, a stick or broom stick, stable chair or ottoman, a cushion, 2 yoga blocks, yoga mat, notebook.

2. How to fall safely and address the fear of falling
3. The wall - how to use it efficiently
4. What next - a personal handstand practice 
5. Q & A - 15 min.

About Tasha:

Tasha's coaching style is fun, supportive and direct. Her focus is longevity of practice and  focuses on anatomy and biomechanics. She listens and meets you where you are! She uses a holistic approach that she learned from years of handstand practice (since 2017), yoga, (500hr yoga certification with focus on sequencing, arm balances and inversions,) weight lifting (level 3 personal trainer) and 2-day handstand teacher training course.
