A LYT Yoga Method Workshop

Capacity is defined as the "amount that can be held or produced by something" and " the ability to do something in particular."

In this class, we explore the movement capacity and our own thinking/conditioning regarding what we believe we are capable of doing. By linking the brain with our body through creative movement, we EXPAND our own belief capacity; we become what we believe. Let's use our movement to take up space and joy in our fullest capacity!
