Join Rhonna and Kristin in Ann Arbor for a weekend of movement education.
Saturday morning's session will focus on biomechanics of posture. Optimal posture supports our joints and maximizes our core strength as we move. Working on these concepts can enhance our practice on the mat and inspire us to STAND TALL off the mat as well.
Saturday afternoon's session will focus on the shoulders. How and when to stabilize and when to mobilize. Understanding the functional difference between the two will support your strength and safety when moving in dynamic ways.
Sunday morning's session will focus on hip mobility. Our daily life often limits the range of motion in our hips. As a consequence other joints that are supposed to be more stable, work to compensate for that. So let's work to hydrate those hips so that we can move better.
