BIO:
Dr. Ashley Newton PT, DPT is a pelvic health physical therapist in Princeton, NJ. She is level 1 LYT certified, Low Pressure Fitness Certified, and trained in advanced techniques to treat pelvic floor dysfunctions. She runs a private pelvic health PT clinic and integrates her PT knowledge with yoga to create holistic, individualized plans for her clients. Ashley is passionate about creating space for people to heal themselves and also educate new generations of PT and fitness professionals on pelvic health topics.
