About the LYT Method:

Each two-hour workshop will be followed by a Q&A!

Continuing Education credits are available through Yoga Alliance for those who participate in ALL sessions. 

Saturday Session 1: 10:00am - 12:00pm

Triple S™ Effect

Learn what Triple S stands for (pun intended) and why it will change your practice and
your life! This workshop implements the Triple S effect found in Tadasana and participants will experience how Tadasana is the foundational structure in all poses, movement patterns, and daily posture. Once we recognize that daily posture (Tadasana off the mat)reflects imbalances that show up in yoga practice and movement patterns, we can change the practice on our mat to optimize our lives!

Saturday Session 2: 1:30pm - 3:30pm

Fascial Freedom
What is fascia and why does it play such an important role in our yoga practice? This workshop answers this question through both the experiential practice of movement and intentional release of any “stuck” areas in the body, leaving you with more freedom and energy!

Sunday Session 3: 10:00am - 12:00pm

More Core is the Answer
​​In this workshop, we will discover all of the reasons why the core is essential for good movement, improved energy, and a robust breath. Your core is not just a six-pack – it is the epicenter for energy exchange and vitality! Come learn how strengthening the core can help you feel more empowered and inspired in life.

Sunday Session 4: 1:30pm - 3:30pm

Hands On: Tools for Success
The power of touch has been well documented in the medical community for its healing effects in our bodies. As yoga instructors, we can guide and support our clients with our words but often feel uncomfortable using our hands in a meaningful way. This workshop will teach you the tools for employing hands-on techniques with your clients so you can lead with confidence.

All purchases are non-refundable or transferable. We STRONGLY recommend travel insurance in the event you cannot attend. 

At this time there are no COVID related restrictions in place. However, as we monitor the situation, we reserve the right to implement a rapid test requirement for all participants.
